Detail Narrative Description of Project
A regional development study undertaken in association with Redecon Australia Pty Ltd. covering 13 border districts of the States of Perlis, Kedah, Perak and Kelantan and spanning approximately 40 km from the Thai-Malaysia border. The study entails the formulation of appropriate development strategies and action programmes for high-priority projects to enhance the socio-economic and security development in the Study Area, culminating in an overall Development Plan. The sector studies include, amongst others, regional and resource economy, agriculture, infrastructure and tourism.
