Detail Narrative Description of Project
A covered Hangar Building having a clear column free space of about 230mx100m in plan and 32m minimum clear height and with the top of roof at a height not exceeding 45m (inclusive of beacon light) from ground level. The hangar Building is designed to accommodate various aircraft maintenance arrangements such as 2 Airbus A380 aircrafts and a smaller aircraft simultaneously abreast.

A 2-storey Utility Bay measuring 14m in width and 100m in depth at one side of Hangar Building and Power Plant at the other side with 50m width and 100m deep.
A 5-storey Workshop Building with approximate 32mx294m dedicated for maintenance activities.

A 5-storey Amenity Building with elevated car park to provide facilities such as toilets, locker room, surau, utilities services, canteen and car parking bays.
