Detail Narrative Description of Project
The Government of Malaysia was desirous to revamp the Public Transport system for the State of Penang and had mandated SPNB (a company incorporated as the subsidiary of the Ministry of Finance) to enhance the public transportation system for Penang. Forming part of the efforts to develop the transportation system, SPNB intended to undertake the development and construction of a monorail system for the State of Penang on the design and build concept/ turnkey contract. The system would include elevated guideways over a length of 37 km with 31 stations.

Preparation of final report, provide technical support during tender  clarification and tender evaluation
