The Infrastructure Division has since 1973 been providing engineering inputs for greenfield and urban renewal projects from the planning stage right up to completion of construction and handover of the built facilities. Over the years, the Division has assembled a pool of skilled, experienced, and dedicated talents to undertake engineering design, and advise clients on technical and regulatory requirement pertaining to development of townships and resorts, industrial parks and educational institutions. The Division is highly qualified to prepare infrastructure design solutions, within the allocated project implementation timeframes and budgets, that meet clients' expectations and comply with local planning guidelines and regulations.

Minconsult's extensive Infrastructure portfolio includes the Temasya Industrial Park; Subang Mixed Development; Bandar Baru Seri Petaling; Taman Melawati, Petaling Jaya Sentral; AIMST Campus in Kedah; and the Kuala Lumpur Sentral Development in Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur.

It also includes numerous mega developments involving thousands of acres; such as the total preliminary infrastructure design for Putrajaya; the Kota Damansara Township with 2900 acres; the development of Kota Puteri with 1600 acres; the Pulau Indah Industrial Park with 2400 acres; and Mimaland with 500 acres.
