Detail Narrative Description of Project
The Project is undertaken to establish a 220 km long thoroughfare aligned along the longitudinal spinal axis of the Main Range. It is to be established mostly at heights above 1,000 metres, and is aimed at facilitating a direct high altitude link between the 3 main existing hill resort centres at Genting Highlands, Fraser's Hill and Cameron Highlands.

Detail Description of Actual Services
The pertinent issues addressed in this study include, amongst others, the extent of land instability and soil erosion impacts induced by vegetation clearing, and cut and fill activities to accomodate the HRR carriageway and appurtenant facilities; the impact on terrestrial and aquatic ecology; the extent of permanent loss of natural vegetation and eradication of endangered fauna; the usage of HRR and soil sedimentation impact.
